OPERATIONAL PROTOCOLS

Hoydich Research operates on a distributed ownership model designed to maximize community yield. Our protocols ensure that every stakeholder—from the brewer to the consumer—benefits from the facility's output. We are building a sustainable ecosystem where capital, product, and community are inextricably linked.

Distributed Ownership

Equity is distributed among workers and community members. We believe that those who create value and those who consume it should share in the rewards.

Yield Optimization

Surplus revenue is not extracted for distant shareholders. It is reinvested into R&D, better gear, and community quality of life initiatives.

Resource Sharing

Members gain access to professional-grade brewing equipment, bulk ingredient purchasing, and a knowledge base of shared expertise.

Community Governance

One member, one vote. Decisions on product roadmap, charitable giving, and facility expansion are made democratically.

JOIN THE COHORT

Membership means ownership. Members receive tokens representing equity and voting rights in the cooperative. One member, one vote.

Decisions on product roadmap, surplus allocation, and facility expansion are made collectively. We're looking for people who want to build, not just consume.

Access requires application.

THE GROWTH MANDATE

Our goal is simple: Build. Grow. Enjoy. We are creating a self-sustaining engine of innovation where resources, sales, and community impact fuel each other.

  • 01Continuous production expansion to meet community demand.
  • 02Reinvestment in cutting-edge gear to push fermentation boundaries.
  • 03Building a "fun life work" environment that prioritizes joy and creativity.

MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE

Ownership in the cooperative is represented by $HOYDICH tokens, conferring:

  • •Dividends — Pro-rata share of quarterly surplus
  • •Voting Rights — Governance decisions require member approval
  • •Access — Member-only releases, facility access, symposium priority
  • •Transferability — Tokens can be gifted or sold; cooperative retains right of first refusal
